Left Side Pass with Outside Turn

intermediate

also known as: LSP with Outside Turn

A left side pass in which the follower takes an outside (clockwise) turn while traveling down the slot, led under the joined hands.

The complement to the inside roll on the same side of the slot. Because the rotation runs against the follower's natural facing during the pass, the prep matters more than in the inside version — the turn is offered on 2, taken on 3&4, and finished before the anchor.
